• Un-merged the mod's files to separate package to improve performance.
• The maniac/evil laugh is now visible in the sim's queue and can be cancelled.
• Fixed sims playing the "Streaking" reaction + thought bubbles on non-streaking interactions.
• Decreased the frequency between reactions.
• Ask to be partners in crime will no longer show up for animals, toddlers or infants.
• Improved the efficiency of the "Burn Sim" interaction.
